We had a great holiday at this hotel. There is a lot of cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. Professionalism in managing any problems that may sometimes arise. Excellent breakfast, varied. The location is good as it is near the main promenade of Ischia Porto.
Typical Ischia hotel, excellent location for moving in all directions, abundant breakfast and above all until late! Friendly and helpful staff! I don't know if it was because we had booked an economy room, but the cleaning only included making the beds! Overall nice holiday.
We stayed in this hotel at the beginning of July. The property has just changed management so previous reviews have no value.
The property only offers breakfast, there is currently no restaurant. We arrived the day after the reopening. The hotel seemed cold and impersonal to us. Some environments are also a little dusty.
We didn't always find the pool clean. In Ischia you can undoubtedly find better for the same price.
We won't be back.
We stayed for 5 nights in this wonderful hotel in a triple room. I don't understand the negativity of certain reviews which initially worried me when booking, but as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by the kindness and helpfulness of the Sign. Isidoro, we had a wonderful stay, nice rooms of a classic hotel, clean above all, swimming pools (both outdoor and indoor spa) clean and quiet, abundant and good breakfast and the proximity (5 minutes on foot and you are at the port, passing through the center ) give this hotel all the comforts for a super holiday!
We stayed for a 3 night stay. Large room, excellent cleanliness, perfect location, really nice wellness centre, large swimming pool. Really friendly staff. We'll be back
